We’re Good To Go” is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.’

We have been working hard and making changes to ensure all our visitors and staff remain safe in the current climate. Things will be a little bit different at Barney’s and we will be constantly adapting to keep our guests safe.

Below are some of things we are doing to keep you and our staff safe. 😊

✅ Risk assessments are in place with regular reviews

✅ Training is being provided, with focus on Covid-19 and safety, staff needs accessed and support for our teams wellbeing

✅ Guidance for anyone with symptoms of Covid-19 not to attend

✅ Adult visitors and children aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering before entering and keep it on until they leave, except when eating or drinking or sat at your allocated table.

✅Temperatures may be checked on arrival along with enquiry into cold/flu and Covid symptoms. We ask that those unwell do not attend and arrange a visit for another day.

✅ We ask that all guests follow social distancing measures

✅ Guest numbers and capacity have been reduced to give more room to distance themselves from other families

✅ Online bookings so we can control numbers and have test and trace information

✅ Guests and the team have access to hand sanitisers and sinks at entrance, throughout the building and play area.

✅ Able to isolate single use props that need cleaning, replacing or removing

✅ Hygiene is always at the top of our agenda but disciplines have been strengthened with more frequent deep cleaning of props, high contact surfaces, Play Area, communal areas and rest rooms

✅ Equipment to antimicrobial and antibacterial agents used secondary to primary cleaning with soap and water, makes it difficult for bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores and mould to reproduce.

These conform with the relevant British standards EN1276 & EN14476

✅ Role play areas (individual rooms or vehicles) are restricted to one booked social bubble, to reduce the risk of items being shared between different groups of children.

✅ Individual role play props can be checked out with staff from the coffee shop. We ask that these are checked back in at the end of your session to be sanitised.

✅All loose role play items will we swapped out at the end of each session to be cleaned and sanitised.

✅ We ask that visitors arrive in the first 30 mins of their booked session, arriving and leaving ON TIME is critical to ensure all cleaning routines can be carried out, the correct safety advice given and that visitors are not overlapping

✅ We are accepting contact less payments

✅ Cafe menu and seating will be limited and tables will be allocated before arrival.

✅ At the beginning of every session we will provide guidance

✅ We have to insist on adherence to the guidance to keep everyone safe
