Please check your junk and spam folders.

The email will be from our booking provider noreply@juststeponline.com. If it's not there some email providers will block the email, you will need to change your email settings to whitelist / allow emails from noreply@juststeponline.com

How to Whitelist an Email Address in Various Email Platforms

Gmail whitelist

1. Select Filters and Blocked Addresses. This tab is in the top row underneath the settings and is the fifth option from the left.

3. Add the Email Address You Want to Whitelist. ...

4. Complete Whitelist. ...

5. Confirm the Email Was Whitelisted.

Outlook whitelist

Open Outlook 365 and click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the dropdown menu. Click on "Junk email" in the left-hand menu. Under the "Safe senders and domains" section, click on "Add".

Hotmail whitelist

Check Block/Allow Lists

1.Log into your Hotmail/Outlook account.

2. Click on the gear icon and select “View all Outlook settings.”

3. Under “Mail,” choose “Junk email” and then “Blocked senders” or “Safe senders.”

4. Remove any unwanted entries from the respective lists.

Yahoo-mail whitelist

1. Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.

2. Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings.”

3. Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter the email you'd like to whitelist.

4. Name the filter and add the email address.

5. Select to send all mail to “Inbox.”

6. Save your settings.
