SEND Sessions:
These sessions are especially for families of children with special needs, disabilities and their friends.
These events are usually much quieter than our usual play sessions and are not open to the general public.

Messy Play:
Sessions Friday mornings
Babies / Non Walkers 9:45 -
Age 1-
Messy play is a great way for your baby or toddler to explore different materials and textures in a safe and fun environment. Messy play can aid the development of your little ones fine motor skills, whilst giving them the confidence to experiment with different and unfamiliar textures and materials.
Our messy play is an unstructured sensory exploration, allowing your little ones the freedom to create their own messy masterpieces.
Messy Play for Babies - under 1
Places at the baby sessions are limited allowing for a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in which to start having some messy fun with your baby.
Each session allows your child to get hands (and feet) on with different gloops and goos, explore how things work with the messy tools!
Young children explore not only with their hands but with their mouths so we make sure that everything we use is non toxic.
At the end of each session we have warm soapy water to get your little one clean again – we ask that you bring a towel and a spare change of clothes for your baby.
We advise you wear old clothes too!
Messy Play - over 1’s
Our messy play over 1’s toddler sessions are less structured to allow freedom and autonomy in their choice of messy play.
We limit the group to 6 children per session, allowing children the space to explore each activity at their own pace in a (relatively!) calm, relaxed environment, whilst encouraging interaction with their new friends.
Each week your toddler can have fun with various messy play activities, such as exploring colours, water, sand and play-
At the end of each session we have bowls of warm soapy water to get your little ones clean again – we ask that you bring a towel and a spare change of clothes for your child. We advise you wear old clothes too!
If you or your child suffer with any allergies please let us know in advance.
Booking includes: one child, one adult and one tea or coffee for the grown up £9.00
Please note this event is held in a private room and is separate to Barneys soft play, access to the play areas and main building are not included.
